Snowboarding, activities, and SUPDATEâ„¢ cancelled due to poor weather conditions

After testing the best hardgoods from across the industry for the last several months, Snowboard Magazine is awarding Forum’s brand new Shaka Binding an “Excellence In Design” Platinum Pick for 2010. “Getting every bit of flex and action you pay for out of a board is critical these days,” says Snowboard Magazine’s Mike Basher. “The Shaka’s hinged disc allows for a smooth, uninterrupted board flex.”

“We’re pumped that Snowboard Magazine’s on-snow testers had fun riding our bindings,” states Forum Brand Manager David Friend. “We’ve put a lot of energy into our binding program and it’s rad to hear that riders like what we’ve done.”

Built to work with any 4-hole pattern board on the market, the split base of the Shaka works in conjunction with Forum’s entirely new Good Vibes Hinge Disc allowing for not only a more natural board flex, but also the added value of more control with Continuous Rocker boards. In addition, a full-length EVA and fGel footpad provides the ultimate in dampening and cush comfort when the occasional flat landing occurs. Whether slashing the lip or destroying the park, there’s no need for a new board to get a new sensation.

Signature Session 3 kicks off July 6th, and is hosted by two of your Forum Favorites, Pat Moore and Peter Line. If you’re heading to Hood this summer, that’s the time and place to go, so grab a Cobra Dog, demo some new Forum equipment, and throw some high fives to your boys.
