What are your specific Boot warranty guidelines?
Covered:
- Seam stitching on bladders and shells.
- Sole lamination.
- D-ring, speed hook, and eyelet pull-outs.
- Severe toe bunch in bladders.
- Velcro closures.
Not Covered:
- Damage caused by boot modifications.
- Excessive wear at contact points from non-Forum bindings.
- Damage caused by resting board edge on boot while riding chair lifts.
- Sole delamination caused by heat exposure (i.e. leaving boots too close to the fire or stove).
- Cosmetic imperfections in injected bladders.
Habitually supporting the board with the free foot will cause excessive and uneven wear to a rider’s boot. Please examine BOTH boots before returning them and inform the customer that a local repair may be more cost-effective.
